Since chopping off her long locks earlier this year, Miley Cyrus changes her hair up every now and then.
She showed off another new look at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards in Vegas yesterday - messy short curly strands with lots of volume and a center part, which combined a back to the '70s retro vibe and a modern edge.
Some say the style is cute and sexy while others say it looks too old for 19-year-old Miley. What do you think?
