Eva Longoria's Great Hair Moments 2011

 

The year started with Eva Longoria sporting an extremely elegant sleek updo at the Golden Globes. Sleek updos are one of the classic and easiest ways to bring out grace and sophistication on a formal event. Evan obviously made a smart choice while adding up the look with polished, side-swept bangs. She didn't disappoint for her first show up in 2011.

Later at the SAG Awards, opting for an elegant updo again, Eva went further to add flirty, romantic flair to her style. All her locks were teased and secured at the back of the head, leaving out no bangs but with perfect height and volume at the crown for vintage appeal. Such a retro-glam updo will always work great on a well-proportioned heart face shape like Eva's, as it showcases the bright forehead and beautiful eyes.

 

On March 21st Eva celebrated her birthday in a sleek, neat half-up, half-down hairstyle looking full of vibe and vigor. The key trick to this style is to create extra height on top, which seems to lengthen the face to look more like the perfect oval. Big bronze earrings complimented Eva's healthy complexion. The 36-year-old beauty looked super sexy and stylish with this amazing half-up style.

In April Eva was busing promoting her book 'Eva's Kitchen'. This soft, delicate waved side swept 'do she modeled at a Barnes & Noble in LA is her most beautiful look so far in 2011. Styled in loose ringlets, her hair was slightly knotted and pinned aside, which complimented her one-shoulder goddess dress and let the dangling jade earrings shine. How demure and sweet! Tips: if you want to steal this look, remember not to over curl your curls; make them look natural and not contrived.

 

Attending the world premiere of the film "Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides" at Disneyland, Eva glowed with long curls flowing down her shoulders. A simple center part completed this classic, sexy look. And lately when showing up at the 2011 Mexican American Legal Defense And Education Fund Awards, she easily stole the spotlight again in a beachy long wavy hairstyle. Long cascading curls/waves are the most popular trend this summer; Eva definitely keeps herself on the fashion front.
