Short, Flirty, and Cute

Nobody wants to deal with thick hair in the summer, instead of putting it up every day, cut the back really short but leave the front long to frame the face. To add more flare layer it and/or fringe it.

Cut the back in sections, cutting it short but leaving it a bit long on the top. Take a razor and cut the hair in the back slowly bring it to the sides and cutting there. Then cut the sides at an angle, razor the sides to to thin it out. Finally, Razor the bangs straight across
