Go to any store that sales hair stuff and buy some hair bleach and loreal Caramel Highlight pack they both should have brushes, Take the bleach and read the instructions and after you mix it get a brush and dip it in the bleach then brush down wear you want your hair to be bleached and wait 20-50 min depending what hair color you have.
